According to Italian outlet Il Mattino, Chelsea and Napoli are in the final stages of negotiation for a double deal that would see Jorginho return to Italy and Fabian Ruiz move to Stamford Bridge. The report claims that the two clubs have agreed on a fee of around €35 million for Jorginho, with Ruiz valued at €40 million.
Kostic to join West Ham
In other transfer news, Filip Kostic is reportedly set to join West Ham United from Eintracht Frankfurt. The Serbian winger has been linked with a move to the Premier League for several months, and it now appears that the Hammers have won the race for his signature. According to Sky Sports, West Ham will pay a fee of around €15 million for Kostic.
